Main Info
Welcome to another great London day out. With our Bournemouth and Durdle Door Jurassic Tour, you will travel through England’s counties and countryside to Durdle Door. Here you will have a great time to explore the splendid rock formation that overlooks the blue sea with a beautiful, natural calcareous archway. Did you know that The Jurassic Coast is the only World Heritage Site in England? About 25 million years ago, the African tectonic plate hit the European plate causing huge pressure to build the Alpine chain.
If you like the seaside cities, you may also check our Brighton Tour for Southern England.

Itinerary
A layer of hard calcareous stone, almost vertically out of the sea, formed Durdle Door itself. Heading to the east, you will reach the lovely beach city of Bournemouth. You will find plenty to see and do here. Bournemouth beach is the ideal location regardless of the weather or time of the year, whether it's chilling on a deckchair and walking along traditional seaside piers or a relaxing beach hut. Another experience is offered in every section of Bournemouth Beach, so why not try one of many superb water sports or enjoy many of the Pier 's family attractions. Also one of the safest beaches in the UK, Bournemouth Beach has RNLI Lifeguards located throughout the seven mile stretch. In short, Bournemouth and Durdle Door offer great reasons to have an escape from London for a wonderful day out.
